Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with Luma late on Sunday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

Delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam should add an additional $5.00 charge for standard shipping & delivery. Orders arrive in 7 to 9 business days when ordered before 12:00 noon (PST).

Returns and Replacements

The seller pays for return postage if the item was damaged, faulty, or doesn't match the listing description, or if they offer a free returns policy.

If the buyer is returning an item because it's damaged, faulty, or didn't match your listing description, the eBay Money Back Guarantee allows them to return it for free. That means that you'll need to accept the return and cover the cost of return shipping, even if you don't normally offer returns.

Question: I received a product and wish to replace it?

Answer: At Sports Turtle.com, we offer a 7-day return policy. Sports Turtle will arrange free pickup and send a new product without charging extra from the buyer. The product should be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered.

For better and effective service following items cannot be returned once shipped:

(1) Racket with customized string cannot be return as customer selected it and customized it as per own specification. The Product will not accept if brand and model tag or adhesive sheet from the product is tear or removed from the product.

(2) Cricket bat with oiling and knocking service cannot be returned.

(3) Racket, string, kit bag, and grip colors are subjected to change, and it will be send based on inventory available. No return will be accepted on color change.

(4) For international orders, buyers are responsible for paying the applicable customs duties specific to their respective countries.

(5) If the buyer's shipping address is a hotel or restaurant, the shipment will be delivered to the reception. Please note that in such cases, if the shipment goes missing, Sports Turtle will not be held responsible for it.

(6) For international shipping of cricket bats, if the buyer is dissatisfied Or mind change with the Bat provided (In case it is the correct model), the buyer is required to return the bat to the Sports Turtle address. A refund or replacement will be processed only after the returned bat is received at the Sports Turtle address.

(7) The Invoice amount will be refund after deduction the transaction fee and shipping charged from the principal amount.

 

Question: I received my ordered item. But product is not meeting my expectation, can I return it?
Answer: Yes, you can return the product within 3-5 days after receiving the product with following conditions:
(1) Buyer need to register their request on Sports Turtle Login Page .
(2) Product should be in unused condition.
(3) Product original packing and tags should remain intact as they were in delivered condition.
(4) Buyer will get the refund or replacement, once we receive the returned goods at Sports Turtle Office.
(5) If packing or original seal is broken then Sports Turtle will not return the product.

 

Question: Replacement and Refund of Cricket helmets and Batting Pads and kit bags?

Answer: Replacement or refund of Cricket helmets and Batting Pads and kit bags, buyer needs to send the product in original condition at Sports Turtle warehouse. Sports Turtle will not arrange the reverse pickup for the same.

 

Question: I received a broken/damaged item. What should I do?
Answer: Sports Turtle used high-tech secure packing technique to pack the material with 2 times quality checks so chances of in transit damage are very minimal. However, if you observed any tempered packing or damage on box then do not accept the shipment or write-down the delivery remakes as tempered box. Any damage product received by buyer should be informed to Sports Turtle by email at [email protected] Turtle.com within 12 hrs of receiving the goods with the photographs of opening shipment packing and product. Email should contain pictures of damage products and with detail description of issue

 

Question: Who will bear the shipping charges for goods returned?
Answer: If you received the damaged product, then shipping charges of return goods will be bear by Sports Turtle. If goods are return due to change in mind or personal choice, then shipping charges will be bear by buyer If Sports Turtle arranges the pickup of an item, they will deduct pickup charges as per courier charges. For example, if you order red racket and after receiving the goods you don’t like the color, then you need to bear the shipping cost of returning the goods.

 

Question: How will I get my money back if I return or cancel an order?
Answer: In case of a returned product, Sports Turtle will suggest you other options as well. if you are still not interested, then the amount will be transferred in your account in 10–15 days (for a retuned product). In case of a cancelled order, Sports Turtle will transfer the amount immediately; however, it will still take 4-7 days for the transaction.

 

Question: What will be the warranty or guarantee of cricket Bats?
Answer: 1. There will be no warranty or guarantee of Cricket bat broken from the edges and toe.
2. There will be no warranty or guarantee of Cricket bat handle damage.
3. If the bat broke from Middle (within 1 month of the date of delivery), we at Sports Turtle will send the bat to Original Bat Manufactures, and it is solely their decision to replace the bat or not. If the manufacturer is ready to replace the bat in that case, replacement will take place in 20 to 25 days after the damaged bat is submitted to the Sports Turtle office at Meerut. However, we will try to replace the bat ASAP.

For costly shipments, we require an advance payment to cover shipping charges. If the buyer cancels the shipment, this advance amount will be non-refundable.
